Our package prices include airfare and all transportation, accommodation and board (2 meals per day) in Europe. It also covers the cost of exclusive training from the staff our Centre of Excellence. All package prices are based on groups of 40 or more. For small groups the price is slightly higher.
All accommodation at the Royal Holloway College is in single rooms, with double rooms with private bathrooms available as an upgrade for adults. Haarlem Cup, Dana Cup, the Land O' Burns, Scotland Cup and Manchester International Festival offer various accommodation choices from schools to hotels. Our prices reflect the basic accommodations Upgrades are available.
Transportation: All transfers within Europe are included in the package, as is luxury coach transportation within England and Europe. Airfare is based upon best available price at the time of booking.
Board: Breakfast and dinner is provided throughout the tour.
Free Places: One free place is provided for groups over 40. A second free place is provided for groups of more than 55.
Upgrades and Special Requests: We're very accommodating. Our staff will work closely with you to handle any special requests you might have - from especially prepared meals to hotel upgrades and tourist venues.
Excursions and Tourist Attractions: Entry to excursion sites are not included in the package price.
